Order Delivery and Cancellation

Because your convenience is our priority we confirm every order through our Customer Service team within 24HRS from placing it.

Any issue regarding your order please refer to us on customer service number to serve you better not to Shipping Company or on Facebook and Instagram pages.

We will be following the delivery and will contact you in case your order was delayed or

rejected within 3 days.

Please be advised that the official business days are from Sunday to Thursday.

Fridays, holidays and public holidays are off for all employees and shipping companies.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

- We process and ship all our orders 6days a week, with the exception of Fridays.

- Our shipping timeline is 3-5 Working days from order confirmation.

- You will receive a SMS from the shipping company with the COD amount and the

courier contact when the order is ready to be delivered to you.

Cancelling your order:

Please note that you can cancel the order within 48 hours.
